Eat Healthy Get Upset Stomach

Room

Room Emma Donoghue is a novel whose pages turn by themselves as it is thrilling.

Yet his subject is far from easy and I even lived for more than 400 pages of great moments of anxiety with Jack and his mom.

To not spoil your reading, I say even less than usual.

But just know that:

- the narrator is Jack, a boy of 5 years.
- Donoghue was partly inspired by the family of Josef Fritzl.
- it is humanly impossible to remain unmoved by the mother-son relationship, central to this story quite poignant (but never maudlin).

Room is currently number 1 in sales in the United Kingdom continued to
numerous articles in the Anglo-Saxon (all complimentary) and a nomination in Man Booker Prize 2010. I do not doubt for one moment it will be soon translated into French.

to make you wait, you can virtually explore the world of Room here and an excerpt is here .
