Endive with cream and ham

(Serves 4) 1 onion


endive 900g butter 20g

20cl single cream (or soy-kitchen)
2 slices of goat cheese (40g )
2 slices of ham Paris
diced Salt and pepper Nutmeg


Sauté in butter, onion and sliced endive for 10 min. Add the cream, cheese and chopped ham, season and cook another 5 minutes, then it's ready!

Bonjour! Hier c'était mon premier jour de classe et tout c'est passé super! Everyone is really nice and the classes seem to be very interesting. I can not wait to start this new life! And to celebrate this, I propose a quiche, good and perfect for this season!

quiche pumpkin, mushroom and ham

A pastry
240ml mashed pumpkin
240ml milk 100g grated cheese

Salt, pepper and nutmeg

3 eggs 1 tablespoon oil Olive
