Hi! I present a dish inspired by this recipe blog Jasmine Kitchen . It was very good and all complete with the addition of mushrooms and ham. Bon appetite!

gratin of pumpkin and tomato sauce

900g pumpkin cut into small pieces irregular, mix it with ½ onion, cumin , 4 spices, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil. Put this in a baking pan and cook for 30 minutes at 180 * C.
