Hello! Today there are nuggets! They are very good and very healthy, since there is no frying! I have served with vegetable risotto and parmesan pasta shells (recipe will be for tomorrow).

Nuggets chicken without frying

(Serves 5)

Crush 700g of chicken breast and 1 small onion, and add the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
