QUINOA WITH CURRY SAUCE, MY FAVORITE RECIPE QUINOA!

Will it for a GREAT recipe, we loved it. Decidedly, I am 100% reconciled with quinoa, and this recipe is my favorite without a doubt! I advise you!

Quinoa, curry sauce


(Serves 4) 250g quinoa

greedy (with bulgur red)
1 liter of vegetable stock 15g butter

1 onion, chopped 1 apple chopped

15g raisins dried minced
125ml coconut milk 75ml
cream (or soy-kitchen)
Salt, pepper and curry

Cook quinoa in broth until it is absorbed. Make the sauce, fry the onion, apple butter for 10 min. Add remaining ingredients and allow 5 min. Mix sauce and pour in the quinoa, stir, let stand covered 5 minutes and serve!



Here Is A recipe That has made me to Even love quinoa. This is my favorite quinoa recipe, try it! Trust me!

Quinoa With curry sauce

(Serves 4) 9 oz of

a mix of quinoa and red bulgur (or just quinoa)
4 cups of vegetable stock
1 tbsp of butter
1 minced onion
1 minced apple
0.5 oz of minced raisins
½ cup of coconut milk
1/3 cup of half and half (or soy substitute)
Salt, pepper and curry

Cook the quinoa with the stock until this is absorbed. Sauté in the butter the onion and the apple during 10 min. Add the other ingredients and let cook 5 min more. Blend the sauce and add it to the quinoa, mix, let rest covered 5 min and serve!

Hello! Already a week of class and I have more time to study! I do not think I'm going to visit your blogs very often, I hope to post at least one or two recipes per week. I wonder if I'm having the time to cook something! But hey, I like what I do at this moment!

Okay, I give you a quick recipe before I stress! This cake was very, very good! The tastes were very present and not bother to say, he deserves to be called a pure indulgence!

Cake and White Chocolate Cappuccino


1 egg 100g sugar 2 sachets of cappuccino
(30g)
45g melted butter 125ml milk heated

100g white chocolate chips
200g flour 1 teaspoon
Yeast

Mix egg with sugar. Add the coffee, butter and milk, whisk briskly. Stir in white chocolate, flour and yeast. Pour into a loaf pan and bake 35 minutes at 180 * C.

Voilà encore avec recette qui me like you quinoa. Quand il is just cooked through and has the taste of vegetables, it's great!

Quinoa with Pumpkin and Brussels sprouts, and turkey breast

(Serves 6)

1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, chopped

450g of frozen Brussels sprouts 150g pumpkin chopped

300g quinoa, bulgur mixture of red
2 times the volume of quinoa in vegetable broth
Salt, pepper and cumin

herbes de Provence 600g white turkey fillets

Sauté onion in oil for 5 min , add the pumpkin and cabbage leaves and another 5 min. Stir in the quinoa and allow it to return another 3 min. Pour the broth and let it be absorbed. Salt and pepper and add cumin. Grill turkey breasts and season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence. Serve everything together for a meal very sweet!



Another recipe That makes me like Every Day a little bit more quinoa. When it's cooked and it just has a veggie taste, it is Delicious!

Then, add salt, pepper and Some cumin. Grill the turkey and add salt, pepper and Provence herbs. Serve the quinoa and the turkey for a simple meal.



Another recipe that makes me like more and more with the quinoa. When is cooked al-dente with a flavor of vegetables, this delicious!

Here is a recipe sweet, it's been long since I have not posted one! These muffins are too greedy and fluffy, and light enough, they did not no oil or butter!

muffins with pumpkin and dried apricots

(For 9 muffins)


1 egg 100g sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla 4 spices
3 tablespoons cream (or soy-kitchen)
120ml mashed pumpkin
3 tablespoons orange juice
60g dried apricots, diced 200g flour

2 teaspoons baking

Mix egg with sugar, vanilla and spices. Add the cream, pumpkin and orange juice. Stir in flour, baking powder and apricots. Pour into 9 muffin cups and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 20 minutes at 180 * C.
