Here is a recipe sweet, it's been long since I have not posted one! These muffins are too greedy and fluffy, and light enough, they did not no oil or butter!
muffins with pumpkin and dried apricots
(For 9 muffins)
1 egg 100g sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla 4 spices
3 tablespoons cream (or soy-kitchen)
120ml mashed pumpkin
3 tablespoons orange juice
60g dried apricots, diced 200g flour
2 teaspoons baking
Mix egg with sugar, vanilla and spices. Add the cream, pumpkin and orange juice. Stir in flour, baking powder and apricots. Pour into 9 muffin cups and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 20 minutes at 180 * C.

Pumpkin muffins
(Makes 9 muffins)
1 egg ½ cup of sugar
¼ tsp Vanilla 4 spices
3 tbsp of half and half (or I substitute) ½ cup of
pumpkin puree 3 tbsp of orange juice 2 oz
of diced dried apricots
1 + 1 / 3 cup of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
Mix egg with sugar, vanilla and spices. Add the cream, and pumpkin juice. Add the flour, baking powder and apricots. Pour the dough Into 9 muffin pans and bake 20 minutes at 350 * F.
Here I have a sweet recipe, and had long since not posted! These muffins are delicious and also did not have almost no fat, have no butter or oil.

3 tbsp double cream (or soy substitute) 120ml
pumpkin puree 3 tbsp orange juice 60g dried apricots
diced 200g flour 2 teaspoons baking
Mix the egg with sugar, vanilla and spices. Add the cream, pumpkin and orange juice. Add the flour, baking powder and dried apricots. Pour into 9 muffin molds. Bake 20 minutes at 180 * C. F
