, LENTILS, MILK COCONUT CURRY AND CHESTNUT

Une soupe qui a du caractère, to eat without hunger when you're cold, it is very rich. I recommend you without doubt!

pumpkin soup, lentils, coconut milk and curry

Serves 4
f

1 onion 2 tbsp olive oil 500g pumpkin

400g drained lentils
25cl milk Coconut Curry
, 4 spices, paprika, salt, pepper
125ml apple juice 1 tbsp
cider vinegar
375ml vegetable stock

fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes, stir in pumpkin into cubes and let cook 5 minutes. Add the lentils, pour coconut milk, seasonings, apple juice, vinegar and broth. Simmer until the pumpkin is cooked, then mix and voila!

f minced onion 1

2 tbsp of olive oil +
1lb 2oz of diced pumpkin
Drained of lentils
14oz 25cl
of coconut milk curry, 4 spices, paprika, salt, pepper
½ cup of apple juice 1 tbsp

of cider vinegar 1 ½ cup of vegetable stock

The Onion Stir Fry With The oil Düring 5 minutes, add pumpkin and let The cook 5 minutes again. Add The Other Ingredients and let cook Completely Until the pumpkin is cooked. Blend it and serve it!

375ml vegetable stock

Sauté the onion with the oil for 5 minutes, add the pumpkin dice and cook 5 minutes more. Add the remaining ingredients. Let cook until the pumpkin is completamente cocida, ¡todo el triturar serve there!
