125g butter 125g dark chocolate 75g sugar
4 small eggs (or 3 normal)
425g of chestnut flour 150g
Melt the chocolate with the butter, add sugar, then eggs and cream of chestnuts. Stir in flour and pour into square pan, bake at 180 * C for 35 min.

4.5 oz of semi-sweet chocolate
¼ cup + 2 tbsp of sugar
4 small eggs (or 3 large ones)
1 pound of chestnut spread
1 cup of flour
Melt the chocolate with the butter, add the sugar and then, the eggs and the spread. Finally, add the flour and pour the batter into a prepared square pan. Bake 35 min at 350*F.
